Execution: I created monthly content calendars across all social platforms, increased positing consistency, reported weekly on Orlando Tech news, revamped Orlando Tech meetup structure, introduced more partnerships and speakers to attend Orlando Tech Meetup by demand and lead generation
Results: Email subscriber list increased by 8% in just 3 months, a backlog of monthly meetup speakers, leads for membership up from 2014
