Execution: I took over monthly content calendar creation, curated and posted user generated content, participated in one of the largest campaigns for Q4, managed round-the-clock customer response team, increased fan interaction

Results: Fan growth climbed steadily on all platforms, with the average engagement rate on Twitter up by 8%.
